The rules for pensions are changing. This will happen under the Future Pensions Act. The intended effective date of this Act was 1 July 2023. Employers (and their organisations), employees (and their organisations), and pension providers have until 1 January 2027 at the latest to implement the new pension regulations. This means you will need to make new arrangements, with your employees (or their representatives), but also with your pension provider. The exact rules and conditions for these arrangements are not yet fully detailed. However, there are already many aspects you can start working on!
