Montae & Partners’ approach to compensation is focused on building long-term relationships with our clients. A key factor in achieving this is having qualified and engaged employees.

The goal of our compensation policy is to attract and retain the right employees. As an organization in continuous development, we expect the same from our employees. We ensure that our employees have opportunities for annual development so that we can continually improve the service we provide to our clients.

Our compensation consists of a fixed salary and a variable component, which depends on company performance and/or the employee’s performance. This variable component is always less than 20% of the fixed salary. Montae & Partners’ compensation policy does not encourage taking unacceptable risks.
